Once the parcel has been dispatched, Personal Uniques Concierge Service is not responsible for:

- Parcel inspections, holds, or seizures by customs authorities
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures
Customs clearance procedures are determined solely by local authorities and remain outside our control.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available upon request and must be confirmed before the shipping label is created.
- If insurance is requested, shipment coverage will be arranged accordingly.
- If insurance is not requested, the shipment will travel at the buyer’s own risk.
- Personal Uniques Concierge Service is not obligated to confirm insurance selection if it has not been specifically requested during order placement.
