These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Personal Uniques Luxury Fashion Concierge Services. By submitting a request or completing a purchase, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Our Service
Personal Uniques Luxury Fashion Concierge Services sources luxury items new, seasonal, rare, archived, and pre-loved through brand boutiques and business partners.
We are an independent luxury fashion concierge service and not an authorized retailer for any brand mentioned.
2. Requests & Availability
When submitting a request, customers must share the item visuals together with color and size details. Unless otherwise specified, sizes are considered FR sizing for apparel and EU sizing for footwear.
Once the price is shared and confirmed by the customer, a 50% deposit is required to proceed. Following receipt of the deposit, further steps in the purchasing process are initiated.
The Client may share their wish list with item details or reference codes, including color and size information.
Availability depends on global stock and cannot be guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
Boutique visits and in-person checks are carried out only for confirmed orders after the deposit payment has been received.

3. Prices & Deposits
Prices reflect current market availability, and international exchange rates.
If the payment is not completed in a single transaction and any exchange rate difference arises, the client shall be solely responsible for such difference.
A non-refundable deposit shall be required for each item.
Deposits cannot be transferred and are forfeited if you decide not to proceed with the order.

4. Payments
Payment options include:
- Credit card (AED Currency)
- Cryptocurrency (USDT – TRC 20 Network)
- Wire transfer (in any currency)
- PayPal is available only for Very Important Clients (VIC) - VIC status is reserved for long-term clients who have made a minimum of 5 (five) purchases within 2 (two) years, with a total spend of at least €50,000 (fifty thousand euro)
All purchases are finalized and items are secured only once full payment has been received.

5. Authenticity
Ensuring the authenticity of every item is at the core of our sourcing process. When items are purchased directly from brand’s boutiques, they are obtained in person by our team through official retail channels worldwide.
For items sourced through commercially verified partners each piece undergoes a thorough review by our expert team to assess its authenticity, condition, and overall integrity.
Optional third-party authentication certification is available upon request and carries an extra fee.
The buyer has the responsibility of requesting the third-party authentication certification services at the moment of placing the order.

6. Product Conditions
Pre-loved or archived items may show natural signs of use. As these items are previously owned, slight differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, reflections, or screen settings in the images shared with you via WhatsApp. All condition details and visuals are provided prior to confirmation.
If the Client wishes to review the item in greater detail before purchase, the Client may request additional photographs, close-up images, or visuals from different angles, and such materials may be shared where available.
By completing the purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the shared materials, accept the item in its disclosed condition and as described, and expressly agree that the purchase shall be final and non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
In the event of any dispute, WhatsApp conversations, e-mails, social media messages, and all shared materials shall be deemed valid and may be relied upon as evidence.
7. Shipping
Shipping options depend on destination, value, and urgency.
Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
All possible risks that may arise during the customs and shipping processes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Personal Uniques Luxury Fashion Concierge cannot be held liable for any such risks once the parcel has left our possession/facility.
Customs authorities may apply delays or charges beyond our control, and all these risks belong to the buyer.
Personal Uniques Luxury Fashion Concierge Services cannot influence customs decisions nor does it accept responsibility for fees, seizures, delays, or any additional inspections
Items are shipped only after full payment is received.
Shipping insurance is optional and must be requested before the shipping label is created. If insurance is not requested, the parcel travels at the buyer’s own risk. Personal Uniques Concierge Service has no obligation to double-check the insurance request if the customer has not specified while placing the order.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Personal Uniques Luxury Fashion Concierge Services does not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once the item is confirmed and/or shipped.

9. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Transit issues (unless insured)
- Customs delays or decisions
- Bank processing delays
- Incorrect information provided by the client
10. Privacy

11. Updates
Personal Uniques Luxury Fashion Concierge Services may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies.

These Terms & Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the Distance Sales Agreement and all other applicable policies available on https://www.personaluniques.com, each forming an integral part of this Agreement. By placing an order, the Client acknowledges and confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all such policies and agreements, and agrees that the relevant provisions shall apply accordingly.
