Return & Cancellation Policy

At Personal Uniques, each order is sourced and secured specifically upon client request. Due to the exclusive, personalized, and time-sensitive nature of our luxury concierge services, our return and cancellation terms are strictly defined.

Order Cancellation

Once a deposit has been submitted, the requested item is reserved and removed from the sale exclusively for the client. As stated in our Deposit Policy, deposits are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, change of mind, refusal to complete the remaining balance or in any other circumstances.

If the remaining balance is not completed within the specified timeframe, 3(three) calendar days, the order will be considered abandoned and the deposit will be forfeited.

Returns

All sales are considered final.

As Personal Uniques operates as a luxury sourcing and concierge service, each item is procured specifically for the individual client. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the full payment has been completed and the item has been shipped.

Exceptions may apply only in the rare case that:

  • The item is proven inauthentic (although every product is subject to strict authenticity verification prior to delivery by experts).

Any claim must be submitted within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery, supported by clear documentation and evidence.

Shipping & Risks

Once the item has been shipped and tracking details have been provided, responsibility transfers to the client. Personal Uniques is not liable for delays, customs procedures, duties, taxes, or losses / damages caused by third-party logistics partners.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete.

Payment & Confirmation

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed, in accordance with our Payment Policy. Exchange rate applications, processing fees, and payment responsibilities remain subject to those terms.

Pre-Loved Orders

All second-hand items are sold as-is and are non-returnable; please note that second-hand items may contain minor signs of use, so customers seeking perfect condition should consider this carefully before purchasing. Product photos and descriptions are provided for reference only, and due to lighting conditions or screen display differences, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images; the actual product shall prevail. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the product details, and refunds will not be issued unless authenticity concerns arise.

By proceeding with a purchase, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Cancellation Policy in full.

The Distance Sales Agreement and all other terms and conditions and all other policies available on the www.personaluniques.com website form an integral part of this Agreement, and the relevant provisions shall apply.
