Shipments within European Union
For EU destinations, we primarily ship with DHL, with optional insurance available upon request. For high-value items, we also offer Ferrari Group which provides an additional layer of security.
Orders within EU can be shipped through several channels:
- Private courier services
- DHL for domestic delivery
- Ferrari Group for high-value shipments
Shipments within Türkiye
Orders within Türkiye can be shipped through several channels:
- Private courier services
- Yurtiçi Kargo for domestic delivery
- Air Cargo (THY) for faster and/or high-value shipments
Shipments within United Arab Emirates
For UAE destinations, we primarily ship with DHL, with optional insurance available upon request. For high-value items, we also offer Ferrari Group which provides an additional layer of security.
Orders within United Arab Emirates can be shipped through several channels:

Rest of the World
For shipments to countries and cities not listed above, customs clearance and shipping procedures may vary depending on the origin and destination countries. All risks associated with the parcels, as well as any applicable customs duties, fees, and any additional charges, shall be borne by the buyer.

Insurance & Liability
Clients may request additional shipment insurance to provide additional protection for high-value items. Insurance must be arranged at the time of the shipping label is created. The Personal Uniques team is not responsible for requesting and asking any insurance coverage, and the client may request in advance. When insurance is selected or not selected, the shipment travels at the client’s own risk, Personal Uniques cannot assume responsibility for any loss, damage, customs charges, delays, incidents or anything not mentioned here that may occur during transit period. Please note that insured parcels may be subject to extended customs processing times due to additional documentation requirements. Customs & Import Duties
All customs duties, import taxes, related governmental charges or anything not mentioned here are the sole responsibility of the buyer. While Personal Uniques ensures that all parcels prepared accurately and in accordance with international shipping standards. Please note the customs authorities operate independently. Personal Uniques cannot influence import decisions, clearance procedures, additional inspections, or delays that may arise during the process. Clients are advised to familiarize themselves with the applicable regulations in their destination country prior to ordering.
