Customers may submit sourcing requests by providing available item details, including:
- Brand and item codes (if available)
- Photos of the requested item
- Collection information (vintage, past, current, or new collections)
- Item codes (if available)
- Preferred size, color and specifications (FR/EU, UK, US, if not specified FR/EU size will be sourced automatically)
Our team will begin sourcing the requested items only after the relevant information received.
Sourcing Methods
Depending on the brand, item availability, and client request, sourcing may be conducted through one or more of the following methods:
- Worldwide Boutique Visits
Our team regularly visits authorized boutiques worldwide to source items directly.
- Special Boutique Visits
For specific client requests requiring in-person boutique verification, special boutique visits may be arranged for our clients. These visits are available only for confirmed orders, and a deposit is required prior to arranging the visit. Please check our Deposit Policy. (LINK)
- Market Sourcing
If items are unavailable through boutiques, sourcing may be conducted through trusted market networks. All market-sourced items are subject to authenticity verification procedures.
Pre-Orders
