Personal Uniques Luxury Fashion Concierge Team processes are designed to keep communication clear, sourcing transparent, and smooth delivery from start to finish.

1. Sending Your Wishlist

You can share the item details including the brand name, photos, collection information (vintage collections, past collections, current collections, new collections), item codes (if available) and size; then our team will start sourcing your Personal Unique’s immediately.

2. Sourcing

Once our team receives the request, you will be updated at every step by our team, as following;“request availability – expected delivery time – price information – sourcing process – shipping information”

3. Conditions

Depending on the brand and item, sourcing may happen through:

  • Regular worldwide boutique visits by our team
  • Special worldwide boutique visits by our team*
  • Market sourcing with authenticity guarantee

* Based on specific request from the customer which needs in-person boutique checks, our team will only arrange a visit for the confirmed orders to avoid delays since our team is working worldwide, and a deposit will be required for in-person store visits. 4. Authentication

Authentication may happen through:

  • For the items that are purchased directly from the boutiques by our team members, no authentication process is needed
  • For the requests which needs to be sourced from the market, our team already conducts an internal authentication process before the purchase. Additionally, client may request an extra independent authentication process for an additional fee.

5. Payments

Our payment options as follows;

  • Credit card payments (*exchange rate based on Wio Bank in Dirhem AED + 3% fee applies)
  • Crypto payments in USDT / TRC 20 (*exchange rate based on XE +3% fee applies)
  • Wire transfer in any currency (*exchange rate based on either XE, Mashreq Bank, Wio Bank)
  • PayPal is only available for VIC, who spends yearly min. 200.000 Euro (*exchange rate based on XE + 3% fee applies)

6. Shipments

In the shipping process;

  • Before shipping; photos, other information and tracking number of the order will be shared exclusively.

All shipments take a place only after full payment is received, which may take 5–7 business days depending on the customers’ bank.
